Leading a family, not just a team.

Throughout the years I have met thousands of individuals throughout retail jobs. I have to say that my biggest feedback when I ask around previous leadership has always made me push a little more to really have fun at work. I always hear a lot of leaders being called “bossy”, “disconnected” or “unrealistic.” 

Yes, we all have a job duty to uphold, however, I am a huge believer that the bonds you create with your peers are one as close to a family. For most, I see my team more than my family. I spend more time with them & speak to them daily. With that in mind, let’s not forget to be human & have #funatwork.
